中文摘要:研究海藻酸钙纤维所含Ca2+与Na+、K+等离子的交换而导致纤维溶胀甚至溶解的现象。用不同条件下的KCl溶液、NaCl溶液分别处理海藻酸钙纤维,通过处理后纤维增重率的变化及处理液所含Ca2+含量的变化,探讨离子交换对海藻酸钙纤维溶胀性能的影响。结果表明:溶液pH值对海藻酸钙纤维溶胀性影响显著,在pH7,温度60~65℃,质量分数25%(相对纤维质量)的盐溶液中浸泡20 min时具有最大溶胀性。浸泡纤维后的处理液所含Ca2+的浓度与纤维溶胀性变化趋势一致,并且K+溶液处理对海藻酸钙纤维溶胀性能的影响高于Na+。研究表明海藻酸钙纤维的溶胀主要是由于处理液中Na+、K+等离子与纤维所含Ca2+的交换导致基于钙离子复合而成纤维的复合结构解体所致。

外文摘要:In allusion to the exchange of Ca2+ in calcium alginate fiber and ions such as Na + and K + which causes fiber swelling and even dissolution, this paper processes calcium alginate fiber respectively with KCl solution and NaCl solution under different conditions and discusses the influence of ion exchange on the swelling property of calcium alginate fiber through the change of fiber weight gain rate after processing and the change of Ca2+ content in the treating fluid. The result shows that pH value of the solution has great influence on the swelling property of calcium alginate fiber; calcium alginate fiber soaking in saline solution with a mass fraction 25% (to fiber weight) for 20 min at 60 -65 ℃ when pH7 has the maximum swelling property. The concentration of Ca2+ in the treating fluid with fiber soaked is consistent with the variation trend of fiber swelling property and the influence of K + solution treating on the swelling property of calcium alginate fiber is higher than Na + The research shows that the swelling of calcium alginate fiber is mainly caused by disassembly of composite structure of fiber based on calcium ion resulting from the exchange of ions in the treating fluid such as Na + and K + and Ca2+ in fiber.
