中文摘要:通过将不同摩尔配比的丙烯酰胺(AM)与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)单体接枝到壳聚糖(CS)分子链上,制备出一系列接枝率相近而接枝支链结构有所不同的壳聚糖-丙烯酰胺-丙烯酸甲酯三元接枝共聚物CS-g-P(AM-MA)。然后,以壳聚糖溶液在聚酯纤维上的接触角、壳聚糖膜的拉伸力学性能及壳聚糖对聚酯纤维的粘合力与粘合功为主要量化指标,探索了AM/MA单体配伍对CS-g-P(AM-MA)与聚酯纤维粘合性能的影响。结果表明:当AM/MA单体的投料摩尔比为3∶7时,合成出的CS-g-P(AM-MA)对聚酯纤维的粘合性能较为优异。
外文摘要:Through the grafting of acrylamide(AM)and methyl acrylate(MA)monomers with various feed molar ratios onto the molecular chain of chitosan(CS),a series of CS-g-P(AM-MA)with similar grafting ratios but different kinds of grafted branches were prepared.In terms of contact angle of chitosan solution on polyester fibers,tensile properties of chitosan film,and adhesive strength&work to polyester fibers,influence of monomer compatibility of AM/MA on the adhesion of CS-g-P(AM-MA)to polyester fibers was investigated.The experimental results showed that the adhesion of CS-g-P(AM-MA)to polyester fibers was the most satisfactory when the feed ratio of AM/MA was 3∶7.
