中文摘要:为了研究偏高岭土(MK)和不同纤维复掺对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)力学性能的影响,采用偏高岭土分别与体积分数为2%的钢纤维(SL)、玻璃纤维(GF)、聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA)、聚丙烯纤维(PP)和玄武岩纤维(CB)复掺到超高性能混凝土中的应用。研究结果表明:当MK和不同纤维复掺时,钢纤维表现出最佳的力学性能,其28 d的抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量与不掺纤维、含10%MK试样相比分别提高了28%、14%、17.2%;而其他纤维的掺入均不同程度地降低了UHPC的力学性能,这与纤维和基体之间产生弱界面以及纤维团聚有着密切的关系。同时,根据测试数据建立新的UHPC弹性模量预测模型具有良好的可靠性。
外文摘要:In order to verify the coupling effect of metakaolin and different fibers on the mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),four sort of fibers including steel fiber(SL),glass fiber(GF),polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVA),polypropylene fiber(PP)and basalt fiber(CB)were added to UHPC by volume of 2%.The results showed that UHPC with addition of SL exhibited best mechanical properties,compared with samples without fiber and containing 10%MK,whose compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus were increased by 28%,14%and 17.2%at the age of 28 days,respectively.However,mechanical properties of UHPC added with other fibers were all compromised to some extent,which was attributed to the weak bonding strength between fiber and cement matrix as well as the agglomeration of fibers.And a novel UHPC elastic modulus prediction model based on the test data bear good reliability.
