中文摘要：该文以柯桥轻纺城市场为样本,就绍兴市小语种人才的最新需求和培养模式为主题展开了社会调查研究,得到了有效、充分的数据。结果说明市场需要小语种人才,且对小语种人才的需求呈多样化趋势:阿拉伯语的市场需求最大,西班牙语的市场需求略高于其他语种;绍兴市场青睐国际经济与贸易、纺织和翻译专业人才;需要擅长口语表达的复合型小语种人才等。

外文摘要：This paper gets the effective and sufficient data through a survey on the latest demand and training mode of minority language professionals in Shaoxing carried out in Keqiao Textile Industrial City.Results show that there is an increasingly diversified need for minority language professionals.When it comes to the number of professionals,Arabic talents rank first;the market demand for Spanish talents is slightly higher than other minority language professionals.The markets in Shaoxing favor graduates of international economy and trade,textile and translation,especially those inter-disciplinary minority language talents whose oral communication reaches a fairly high proficiency.
