中文摘要:为了提高羊绒的上染百分率,减少染料的浪费,文章运用酸性染料分析壳聚糖溶液处理对羊绒染色的影响。研究表明,壳聚糖用量、浸渍时间、浸渍温度、浸渍pH值对羊绒的上染百分率都有一定的影响。经实验对比分析得出,壳聚糖处理过的羊绒比未处理过的羊绒染色性能有一定的提高,最佳处理工艺是壳聚糖用量0.8%(owf)、浸渍时间40 min、浸渍温度50℃、浸渍溶液的pH值为3;最佳染色工艺为染色温度85℃、时间50 min、醋酸浓度2%。
外文摘要:In order to improve dye uptake of cashmere,and reduce wasting of dyes,this paper uses acid dyes to analyze dyeing properties of cashmere which pretreated by chitosan.The results showed that chitosan’s concentration,solution time,solution temperature,solution pH value were influence to dye uptake of cashmere.Contrast and analysis by experiment got cashmere treated by chitosan can obtain much higher dyeing properties than its no treated by chitosan,and the best treating process were chitosan’s concentration 0.8%(owf),solution time 40 min,solution temperature 50 ℃,solution pH value 3.The best dyeing process were temperature 85 ℃,dyeing time 50 min,acetic acid concentration 2% 。
