外文摘要：After entering the university, the freshmen are faced with the adaptive problems, such as psychological adaptation, environmental adaptation and learning adaptation. The factors that cause the adaptive troubles of the freshmen include both the problems of the teaching and management of the universities and middle schools and the problems of the development of cognition and individualily of the freshmen. The universities and colleges must carry out the adaptive education in older to help the freshmen adapt to the learning environment of the universities and colleges.
