中文摘要：壳聚糖具有良好的生物相容及生物降解性,在医药、环境、印染等领域有较多应用。本文利用壳聚糖的优良成膜性能制备了系列壳聚糖膜,同时对壳聚糖膜的吸水性、耐酸性、耐盐性、透光率、强度等性能行了研究。实验表明:壳聚糖膜的拉伸强度在所研究的浓度范围内随着铸膜液浓度的增大呈现降低趋势。经戊二醛交联后膜的尺寸稳定性能、耐化学品性能以及力学性能均有所提高。壳聚糖膜的透光度与壳聚糖浓度、交联剂加入量有较大关系。

外文摘要：Chitosan has good biocompatibility and has been used widely in medicine,environment,dyeing and other field.With it’s good membranes properties,we propared a series of chitosan membranes.In this paper,the properties of the membranes such as absorbent,acid,salt tolerance,transparency,strength and so on are studied in this paper.It has been found that the tensile-strength of chitosan membrane decries with the incriesable concentration of chitosan,the dimensional stability,resistance to various chemicals and mechanical property of membranes are all geting better.The chitosan membrane transmittance of light is closely related to chitosan concentration and cross linker quantity added to.
