中文摘要：教学秘书做好信息管理工作的重要性,表现在为教学提供参考资料、为教师考核提供依据、为院系决策提供数据为教学研究与学术活动提供素材、为用人单位提供信息等。教学信息的来源主要有上级文件、教师计划、记录、研究论著,学生成绩表和其他材料。当前教学秘书信息管理工作存在信息观念淡薄、教学秘书素质不高等问题。须加强教学秘书责任心、掌握行进管理方法和手段,才能适应工作的需要。

外文摘要：This paper expounds the importance for the teaching secretary to manage the information related to teaching, and analyzes the content and the source of the teaching information. In light of the present situation of the information work of the teaching secretary, the author puts forward some measures to improve the work.
