中文摘要：涤纶性能好,用量大,但不易染色,因此涤纶原液着色纺丝技术的应用日益广泛。该技术在熔体输送管路中注入高品质色母粒,并采用动态混合技术来提高着色的均匀性。为明确该技术与传统涤纶纺丝在生产工艺上的区别,探讨了熔体直纺原液着色异形涤纶纺丝时原液纺丝色母粒选择、纺丝组件过滤要求、喷丝板孔径选择、瓷件的要求、热辊拉伸等生产工艺技术,并说明了各生产工艺对纺丝过程的影响。

外文摘要：Polyester fiber has good properties and large consumption,but it is not easy to dye,so the original solution dyeing technology of polyester is widely used.The technology injects high quality masterbatch into melt conveying pipeline,and adopts dynamic mixing technology to improve the uniformity of coloring.In order to make clear the difference between this technology and traditional polyester spinning in production process,the production technology of spinning masterbatch selection,filtering requirements of spinning components,aperture selection of spinneret,requirements of ceramic parts,hot roll drawing and so on are discussed,and the influences of each production process on the spinning process are explained.
