中文摘要：以往研究者对于财务危机的研究往往忽略财务危机是一个逐渐演化的过程,从而导致各个学者的研究结论差异较大,难以比较。此文采用2010-2012年首次因财务状况异常而被*ST(退市风险警示)的前5年的制造业上市公司数据,从实证研究的角度证明上市公司财务危机确实存在阶段性。并且,依据每个阶段的不同特征,财务危机可以划分为潜伏期、发展期、恶化期、分化期、实现期五个阶段。

外文摘要：Past researchers tend to ignore the fact that the development of financial crisis is a gradual process, thus leading to various conclusions among researchers so that they are difficult to eompare. Grounded upon the data collected from the ST （ delisting risk warning） manufacturing listed companies in the previous five years because of the abnormal financial position from 2010 to 2012, the paper is an empirical study of finding the existence of stages of listed company financial crisis development. Additionally, ac- cording to the different characteristics of each stage, the development of financial crisis can be divided into five phases, namely, in- cubation, development, deterioration, differentiation and implementation.
