中文摘要:为了改善羊毛织物的性能,利用谷氨酰胺转氨酶(TGase)催化ε-聚赖氨酸对羊毛进行接枝改性,采用不同TGase酶法工艺对羊毛织物进行整理。应用扫描电子显微镜观察羊毛织物处理前后表面的形貌变化,测定整理后羊毛织物的染色深度、断裂强力、吸水率及抗静电性能等指标。结果表明,经TGase催化ε-聚赖氨酸接枝改性后:羊毛织物的断裂强力显著提升,并随ε-聚赖氨酸接枝量增加而增加;羊毛织物的吸水速率增大,吸水30 s即趋于饱和;羊毛织物对弱酸性染料吸附速率提高,且在80℃下的染色深度接近未接枝改性羊毛织物在95℃下的染色深度;羊毛织物的静电电压半衰期由2.13 s降至1.47 s,抗静电性能得到改善。
外文摘要:In order to improve the performance of wool fabric,the wool was grafted withε-polylysine catalyzed by glutamine aminotransferase(TGase),and the wool fabric was finished by different TGase enzymatic processes.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the changes of surface morphology of wool fabric before and after treatment,and the dyeing depth,breaking strength,water absorption and antistatic properties of wool fabric were measured.The results show that the breaking strength of wool was significantly improved after TGase catalyzedε-polylysine grafting,and increased with the increase ofε-polylysine grafting amount.When the water absorption rate of wool fabric increases,the water absorption tends to be saturated for 30 s.The adsorption rate of weak acid dyes on wool fabric was improved,and the dyeing depth at 80℃was close to that of ungrafted wool fabric at 95℃.The electrostatic voltage half-life of wool fabric decreased from 2.13 s to 1.47 s,and the antistatic property was improved.
