中文摘要:推进创业型大学建设,最终要依靠教师的转型。现实的困惑在于,创业型大学的旗帜高高举起,然而,这些高校的教师没有任何变化。创业型大学教师转型困难,固然有评价机制、平台建设、整体文化等外在的客观因素,但也有教师自身的主观因素。寻找推进创业型大学教师转型的钥匙,首先要从教师自身这个内因着手。从调研情况来看,保守的思想观念、低劣的研究成果以及繁重的各种压力,是教师转型困难的三大主观因素。我国普通本科院校借鉴西方成功的创业型大学模式,需要从有利于学术应用的制度环境寻求突破,并结合中国实践来推进创业型大学的本土化建设。
外文摘要:The construction of entrepreneurial universities ultimately relies on teachers' transformation.However, the reality is that though the entrepreneurial universities' slogan has been shouted loudly, no change has occurred to their teachers. Teachers' transformation is difficult, and this could be admittedly brought by external objective reasons such as evaluation mechanisms, platform construction, and the overall cultural atmosphere, but it is also caused by teachers' subjective factors. It is our top priority to start from the teachers' internal problems to look for the key to promote their transformation. From the investigation, we found that teachers' conservative ideas, inferior research results and all kinds of heavy pressure are three main sources for the transformation difficulty. Ordinary universities in China can draw lessons from the successful entrepreneurial model in the West, which means they need to seek a breakthrough in constructing an institutional environment conducive to academic application, and localize entrepreneurial universities based on China's practice.
