中文摘要：文章回顾了国内外文献采访理论的发展历史,并对文献的价值要素和读者需求要素进行了详细的分析。认为文献的价值可体现知识性、有用性、保存性这三种形态,而且文献价值具有可变性。读者需求既有共性和个性之分,又体现一定的时间维度和需求强度,更具有层次性和发展性的特点。而文献的非本质因素,如作者信息、版本信息、出版信息等文献外在形式特征在采访工作中也不可忽视。文献采访人员对文献进行采访时,必须综合考虑各种因素才能进行正确的采访决策。

外文摘要：What is major basis of acquisition librarian in the library work of literature acquisition？ This paper looks back on the development history of domestic and foreign literature acquisition theory, the literature value and the reader demand are analyzed in detail. The author thinks that literature value can be embodied in three kind of shapes： knowledge, usefulness and preservation , literature value has the characteristic of variability. The reader demand has its general character and individual character, it can be embodied time dimension and demand strength, it has the characteristic of different levels and development. Physical characteristics of literature such as information of author, edition, publishing is non essential factors,it should not be ignored in the work of litera- ture acquisition. Literature acquisition librarian must consider the various factors to make correct acquisition decision.
