中文摘要：时代的发展需要更多具有“工匠精神”的建设人才,高校是建设人才的主要培养基地,高校学生是否树立“工匠精神”,体现了高校在新时代下的思想政治教育的有效性,在一定程度上反映了高校的人才培养机制是否与时代的发展要求相适应。高校思想政治教育担负着行为规范、立德育人、激励上进的教育任务,这与工匠精神的内涵相吻合。因此,在思想政治教育中,有机地融入工匠精神,对高校的思想政治教学体系进行创新,不仅拓展了高校思想政治教育的教学空间,而且有利于高校思想政治教学方法的优化与改革,“工匠精神”还能促进思想政治理论课师资队伍的敬业精神,更加专注于专业能力的提升以及对教学工作更加精益求精,工匠精神培育也将成为高校校园文化新时代建设的主要推动力。

外文摘要：With the development of the times more talents with“craftsman spirit”are needed for construction.Colleges and universities are the main training base for the construction of talents.Whether college students establish“craftsman spirit”reflects the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the new era,and to a certain extent,whether the talent training mechanism of colleges and universities meets the development requirements of the times.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is responsible for the educational tasks of behavior norms,moral education,and motivation,which is consistent with the connotation of craftsman spirit.Therefore,in the ideological and political education,the organic integration of craftsman spirit and the innovation of the ideological and political teaching system in colleges and universities not only expand the teaching space,but also contribute to the optimization and reform of ideological and political teaching methods in colleges and universities.“craftsman spirit”can promote the professionalism of the ideological and political teachers,and focus more on the improvement of professional ability and teaching.It will also become the main driving force for the construction of campus culture in the new era.
