外文摘要：Using the principle that cysteine can reproduce the fluorescence of Rhodamine B solution that was originally quenched by iodine,the content of cysteine in the preparation was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry.It is simple,convenient,accurate,reliable,and highly sensitive,and can be used for the determination of cysteine content in preparations.
