中文摘要：作为一名合格教师,既要具备专业知识和技能,又要具备适合教育工作的人格特征和品质修养等职业性向。教师职业性向是促进教师持续发展的重要保障,是教师情意素养的总和。目前,我国还没有将职业性向纳入教师评价的考核机制。本文指出,职业性向理应成为教师评价的重要维度,特别要成为准教师入职评价的应有维度,这有利于我们从内容、形式、主体性等方面进行教师评价。

外文摘要：Teacher development should not only have a high degree of professional knowledge and skills, but also for educational work with the personality characteristics and quality of training and other professional aptitude. Vocational aptitude of teachers is to promote an important guarantee for the sustainable development of teachers, literacy teachers affective sum. At this stage, our country has not incorporated into teacher evaluation of occupational aptitude assessment mechanism, vocational aptitude should become an important dimension of teacher evaluation,In particular, the entry into the evaluation of prospective teachers should have the dimension ,And from the content, form, subject and other aspects of the implementation of vocational aptitude assessment,thus improve the teacher evaluation system, promote Rapid development of education.
