中文摘要：临床使用过程中发现医用导尿管的表面亲水润滑性、表面涂层的牢固和保湿性至关重要。医用导尿管表面亲水润滑涂层不仅具有良好的亲水性和润滑性能,还可降低对人体组织的损伤,减轻患者痛苦,减少致病微生物粘附滋生。综述以医用导尿管亲水润滑涂层改性的全过程为主线,通过对亲水润滑材料种类、涂层改性技术以及亲水润滑涂层研发新趋势3方面进行阐述,提出该领域面临的主要问题并展望未来发展方向。

外文摘要：In clinical use it has been found that surface hydrophilicity and lubricity,firm surface coating and moisture retention of the medical urinary catheter are very important.The hydrophilic and lubricating coating on the surface of medical urinary catheters not only shows good hydrophilic and lubricating properties,but also reduces the damage to human tissues,relieves the sufferings of patients and reduces the adhesion and breeding of pathogenic microorganisms.Taking the whole process of hydrophilic lubricating coating modification of medical urinary catheters as the main line,through the three aspects of hydrophilic lubrication material types,coating modification technology and development trends of hydrophilic lubrication coating research and development were reviewed.The main problems faced in the field and the future development direction were prospected.
