中文摘要：目的　评价CT对腹腔内隐睾的诊断价值。方法　对 34例年龄在 3～ 31岁 ,临床未触及且B超未显示的隐睾症病人行CT检查 ,均经手术证实。结果　全部未降睾丸 ( 34枚 )均由CT正确显示。 34例中 6例为两侧性 ,2 8例为单侧性。结论　CT应成为腹腔内隐睾首选的术前定位方法。

外文摘要：Objective To assess the diagnostic value of CT in cryptorchid abdominal testis.Methods 34 patients with undescended nonpalpable testis aged 3 to 31 years were studied with CT,All undescended testes were negative in ultrasound.All cases were confirmed by operation.Results All undescended testes (34)were correctly identified on CT images of 34 patients,6 were bilateral and 28 were unilateral.Conclusion CT should be the first choice method for locating intraabdominal testis
