外文摘要：Mobile E-Business is considered the next big wave of investment and application of information technology. In this article, the background of SMS-Based Enterprise Mobile E-Business (EMEB) has been stated, followed by the description about how to implement SMS-based EMEB system, including the possible solutions, system architecture. Some potential issues during the development process and corresponding solutions have also been introduced.
