外文摘要：At present, the creative industries park is getting an extensive concern of various communities because of its limitless innovation. Based on a review of related literatures, this paper first analyzes the supporting factors that creative industries park should have, which includes creative class, creative milieu, creative institutions, social environment and et al. Then the paper discusses the mechanism how creative industries park uses factors such as creativity, technology, products, market and so on to realize value increment. At last, paper proposed the development path of creative industries park from industrial layout, operation mechanism and management system.
