中文摘要：纺织行业是典型的水污染密集型行业,伴随着社会、公众水环境保护意识的不断加强,环境规制措施越来越严。文章选取2008—2016年的浙江省纺织行业的相关数据,利用DEA模型对浙江纺织行业环境规制情况进行实证分析,发现浙江纺织行业环境规制效果近些年呈阶段性波动,但趋于好转。进一步优化水污染治理的政策制度对于推动纺织行业可持续发展具有重要意义。

外文摘要：The textile industry is a typical water pollution industry. With the increasing awareness of social and public water environmental protection, there have appeared growingly strict environmental regulations. Selecting the relative data in the textile induswy of Zhejiang province from 2008-2016, the present paper used the DEA model to analyze the environmental regulation of Zhejiang textile induswy. It is found that the effect of environmental regulation of Zhejiang textile induswy has been tluetuating in recent years, but it is under improvement. It is of great significance to optimize the relevant policies and regulations with a view to promoting the sustainable development of textile induswy.
