中文摘要：在发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,医务人员的思想不可避免地会受到消极因素的影响。面对职业道德滑坡、医患关系紧张的医疗现状,我们只有转变服务理念,培育职业精神,树立良好的医疗职业理念,才能构建和谐的医患关系。作者简述了职业理念的内涵,并提出医务人员应该树立敬业、仁爱、学习和理解医院的职业理念。

外文摘要：In the environment of socialism market economic system, medical professional ethics was changed. With the status of decreasing professional ethics and stress hospital patient relationship, medical service model and professional ethis were considered to be transferred to building harmonious hospital patiefft relationship. The conceptio of medical professional ethis was presented and the staff in hospital were considered to love hospital, love their job.
