中文摘要：基于2003-2016年283个地级市数据,运用双重差分模型分析了高铁开通对样本城市创新水平的影响以及作用机制,并用空间双重差分模型检验了其空间溢出效应。研究发现:1.高铁开通会整体提升沿线城市的创新水平,但是,这一作用存在城市异质性,与其地理区位有关;2.高铁开通主要通过影响高技能人才的流动作为中介机制从而影响城市创新水平;3.高铁的开通不仅促进开通城市的创新活动,而且也对地理距离邻近地区的创新活动起到促进作用,这一作用存在城市异质性,与其市区非农业人口规模以及地理区位有关。

外文摘要：Based on the data of 283 prefecture-level cities from 2003 to 2016,this paper analyzes the impact and mechanism of high-speed rail on the innovation level of sample cities by using DID model and tests its spatial spillover effect by using spatial DID model.The results show that:(1)the opening of HSR improved the innovation level of cities along the line as a whole,but the role is urban heterogeneity,which is related to its geographical location;(2)the opening of HSR greatly affected the innovation level of cities by imposing influence on the flow of highly skilled talents,which are used as intermediary mechanism;(3)the opening of HSR promoted the innovation activities of cities and also affected the adjacent areas.There is urban heterogeneity in this role,which is related to the size of the urban non-agricultural population and geographical location.
