中文摘要：性别观念广泛渗透于《周礼》之中。《周礼》一书共记录了20余种女官，散见于天官宰冢、地官司徒和春官宗伯之中。这些女官可以分为妇官和女奴两大系列。《周礼》中的女官不仅数量少、地位低下，而且体现出重性别分工、重女性教化、以“性”为君主服务等特征。《周礼》女官体系，是女性社会地位的缩影，是女性功能的凸显，也是男权帝国体制的翻板。

外文摘要：The viewpoint about women had great infection on Zhou Li. Zhou Li kept more than twenties female officials, which were belonged go Heaven official, Land official and Spring official. These female officials may be included in two category female slave and women official. The female officials in Zhou Li were very few and very humble. These features had showed in the system of female officials in Zhou Li, that work based on gender and dogma about woman were emphasized, these female officials all served the emperor. The system of female officials, which heavily emphasized the function of women in society, stood for women＇ s position in society. So the system of female officials in Zhou Li were very same the system of the kingdom dominated by man.
