中文摘要:为改善原棉织物的亲水性能,研究了等离子体处理参数对原棉织物表面性能的影响。主要探讨了等离子处理时间、处理功率和处理距离对原棉织物芯吸效应的影响。XPS分析结果表明,原棉织物经等离子体处理后,C—O—H、C=O、O—C=O键的数量明显增加,润湿性能显著提高。原棉织物的芯吸高度随着处理时间的延长而提高,当超过25 s后,芯吸高度的增加量减小。处理功率增加,原棉织物的芯吸高度随之增加。原棉织物的芯吸高度随着处理距离的增加而减小。纱线拉伸实验结果表明,原棉纱线的拉伸强度随着等离子体处理时间的延长而增强。

外文摘要:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of raw cotton fabrics,the influence of plasma treatment parameters on the surface properties of raw cotton fabrics was studied,focusing on effects of plasma treatment time,treatment power and treatment distance on the wickability of the raw cotton fabrics.The XPS analysis showed that a remarkable increase of C—O—H、C-O and O—C-O bonds on the surface of the cotton was observed after plasma treatment,and the wettability was greatly improved.The wicking height of the fabric increased with the increase of plasma treatment time.But when treatment time was over 25s,the increase amount of wicking height decreased.The wicking height of the fabric increased with the increase of plasma treatment power.But the wicking height of the fabric decreased as the plasma treatment distance increased.The yarn tensile strength test showed that the tensile strength increased with the increase of plasma treatment time.
