中文摘要:合理的教师评价,是教师职前评价、入职评价和在职评价一体化系统中的有机组成部分。教师评价既要注重职前和在职评价,更要注重教师的入职评价,入职评价是教师专业发展的重要环节。教师入职评价有其自身的内涵和特征。当前,我国对入职评价在整个教师专业发展过程中的地位认识不足,入职评价存在着不少问题。因此,建立一套完善的教师入职评价标准体系,重视对教师职业特质的评价,注重入职评价形式的多元化是亟待研究的问题。
外文摘要:Reasonable teacher evaluation is a component part of the integration system of pre-service teacher assessment,induction evaluation and in-service evaluation.Teacher evaluation should not only pay attentiuon to pre-service and in-service evaluation,but also more attention to induction evaluation,which is an important part of teacher professional development and has its own connotation and features.At present,the inadequacy in understanding the status of induction evaluation in the entire evaluation process of teacher professional development still exists in China and there exists many problem concerning it.Therefore,to establish a comprehensive system of teacher evaluation criteria,pay attention to the evaluation of the occupational characteristics of teachers,and focus on the diversification of forms of induction evaluation have become an urgent issue to be studied.
