中文摘要:采用熔融纺丝法制备耐高温聚醚砜(PES)纤维,对PES切片的热性能、流变性能以及可纺性进行了研究,并对PES初生纤维的力学性能和表面形貌进行了表征。结果表明:PES具有良好的热稳定性能和较宽的加工温度范围,其起始热裂解温度为530.8℃,适宜熔融纺丝;PES熔体是一种典型的剪切变稀型流体,对剪切速率和温度变化较为敏感;纺丝工艺对PES的可纺性影响显著,PES在100℃干燥6 h,螺杆三区温度分别为330,340,345℃,喷丝板温度345℃,喷丝板压力约2.4 MPa,卷绕速度170 m/min的条件下,PES初生纤维的综合性能优异、纤维粗细均匀、表面光滑。

外文摘要:A high temperature resistant polyether sulfone (PES) fiber was prepared by melt spinning process. The thermal property, rheological behavior and spinnability of PES chip were studied. The mechanical properties and surface morphology of as-spun PES fiber were characterized. The results showed that PES was suitable for melt spinning process due to the fairly good thermal stability with the initial thermal decomposition temperature of 530.8 ℃ and wide processing temperature range ; PES melt was a typical shear thinning fluid, so it was sensitive to shearing rate and temperature; the spinning process conditions gave a profound effect on the spinnability of PES ; and the as-spun PES fiber could be produced with excellent comprehensive properties, uniform thickness and smooth surface under the conditions as followed : drying at 100 ℃ for 6 h, screw temperature 330,340 and 345 ℃ , spinneret temperature 345 ℃ and pressure 2.4 MPa, winding speed 170 m/min.
