外文摘要：The selection of thermo- semicondors should take into account the refrigerating efficiency, mechanical character, installing character and economic effect. This article establishs an appraisal system for the selection of thermo - semicondors. It adopts the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal system for the selection. The result shows that the two- level fuzzy judgement system is feasible and effective.
