中文摘要:以民营企业中的家族企业为研究对象,着重从接班人培养的角度,来寻求转型背景下家族企业破解传承难题的路径。基于知识转移和学习理论,从发展经历角度对家族企业接班人的培养模式做出理论刻画,并在此基础上分析和揭示接班人培养模式对传承绩效的影响机理。最后,基于理论研究成果,对处在转型期的中国家族化民营企业的传承实践提出具有建设性的管理策略。
外文摘要:Taking the family enterprise in the private enterprise as the research object,and from the perspective of the successor training,the present paper attempts to seek the path of the family enterprise to solve the inheritance problem under the background of transformation.Based on the theory of knowledge transfer and learning,this paper makes a systematic theoretical description and test of the training model of family enterprises from the perspective of development experience,and then analyzes and reveals the influence mechanism of the training model on inheritance performance.Finally,grounded on the theoretical research results,this paper proposes a constructive management strategy for the inheritance and practice of Chinese family-owned private enterprises in the transitional period.
