中文摘要：高铁网是引导和促进内循环为主的新发展格局的战略平台。基于76个旅游城市的2010—2018年面板数据的DID回归分析结果表明,整体来说,高铁开通尤其是网络化后对城市旅游业发展有着显著的促进作用,其影响随时间呈现递增的滞后效应;在高铁网建设前期,高铁开通对经济不发达城市的旅游经济发展的促进作用小于对经济发达城市的影响,随着时间推进,其对经济不发达城市的旅游产业发展的正向影响更大。在“八纵八横”主干高铁网络日益形成之际,应该加强高铁网的地方配套交通建设,充分实现高铁网的普惠和全局效应,尤其对于经济欠发达的旅游城市来说,应该强化接入国家高铁网的配套交通基础设施建设,促进旅游经济发展。

外文摘要：High speed rail network is a strategic platform to guide and promote the new development pattern of domestic circulation.Based on the panel data of 76 tourism cities from 2010 to 2018,this paper analyzes the impact of the opening of high-speed rail on the development of tourism economy by using the Difference-in-Difference(DID).The results show that the opening of high-speed rail,especially after the networking,plays a significant role in promoting the development of urban tourism,and its impact shows an increasing lag effect with time.In the early stage of high-speed rail network construction,the promotion effect of high-speed rail opening on the tourism economic development of economically underdeveloped cities is less than that of economically developed cities.As time goes on,its positive impact on the tourism industry development of economically underdeveloped cities is greater.Upon the formation of the“eight vertical and eight horizontal”high-speed rail network,the local supporting traffic construction of the high-speed railway network should be strengthened so that the comprehensive benefits and overall effects of the high-speed rail network will be fully realized.Especially for the tourism cities with underdeveloped economy,the supporting infrastructure construction of the national high-speed railway network should be strengthened to promote the development of tourism economy.
