中文摘要:为提高纱线导电能力,以芳纶长丝纱为基材,采用一种基于原位聚合法的纱线连续导电工艺,并以石墨烯为导电增强填充材料,制备了石墨烯@聚苯胺/芳纶复合导电纱线。研究了石墨烯对复合导电纱导电能力的增强效果,并分析了复合导电纱的结构与性能。研究结果表明:石墨烯在聚苯胺导电层内均匀分布,对提升复合导电纱的导电性能有积极作用;随着石墨烯含量的提高,聚苯胺/芳纶复合纱线的电导率逐渐提高,可达5.2 S/cm左右,较不添加石墨烯提高约400%。导电处理及石墨烯含量对复合导电纱线的强力没有产生明显的影响,但断裂伸长率稍有降低,初始模量有所提高。

外文摘要:In order to improve the conductivity of yarn, graphene@polyaniline/p-aramide composite conductive yarn is prepared with aramid filament yarn as the substrate and graphene as the conductive reinforcing filler by a continuous conductive process of the yarn based on in-situ polymerization. The enhancement effect of graphene on the conductivity of composite yarn is studied, and the structure and properties of composite yarn are analyzed. The results show that graphene is evenly distributed in the conductive layer of polyaniline, which has a positive effect on improving the conductivity of the composite yarn. With the increase of graphene content,the conductivity of graphene@polyaniline/p-aramide composite yarn gradually increases, and reaches about5.2 S/cm, which is about 400% higher than that without graphene. Conductive treatment and graphene content have no obvious effect on the strength of the composite yarn, but the breaking elongation decreases slightly and the initial modulus increases.
