中文摘要：目的:对脑卒中后抑郁症患者给予乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗,观察其临床疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法:选取2011年6月—2015年6月医院收治的脑卒中后抑郁症患者78例,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组患者采用常规抗抑郁药治疗,观察组在给予常规抗抑郁药治疗基础上外加给予乌灵胶囊治疗。治疗后对两组患者临床疗效进行比较,并对两组患者的神经功能改善情况进行观察比较。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为94.9%,对照组治疗总有效率为79.5%,观察组与对照组比较明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,观察组治疗1周、2周、3周、4周后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显降低,对照组治疗1周后无明显变化,治疗2周、3周、4周后HAMD评分明显降低,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),其中观察组改善程度与对照组改善程度比较更显著(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,观察组与对照组治疗后日常生活能力评估量表(BI)评分均明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),其中观察组较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中后抑郁症患者给予乌灵胶囊联合抗抑郁药治疗具有良好的临床疗效,可显著改善患者神经功能及日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。

外文摘要：Objective ： Use Wuling Capsule and antidepressant therapy to treat patients with depression after stroke and observe its clinical curative effect and influence on neural function. Methods： Seventy - eight cases of patients with depression after stroke were selected in our hospital from June 2011 to Jnne 2015. According to the different treatments, the patients were divided into the observation group （ n = 39 ） and control group （ n = 39 ）. The control group were treated by routine antidepressant treatment and the observation group added Wuling Capsule. After treatment, two groups＇ clinical efficacy and neurologic improvement were compared and observed. Results ： After treatment, the observation group＇ s total effective rate was 94.9% and the control group＇s ？9.5% and there was significant difference （P 〈： O. 05）. Compared with those before treatment,in the observation group 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment, the Hamilton depression rating scale （HAMD） scores were significantly lower. There was no obvious change in the control group 1 week after treatment. 2,3 and 4 weeks after treatment, HAMD scores in the control group were significantly decreased with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇ s improved degree was more significant compared with that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Compared with those before treatment, the observation group and control group＇ s daily life ability assessment scale （BI） scores were significantly improved and there was significant difference between difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group improved more significantly than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： For patients with depression after stroke, Wuling Capsule with antidepressant therapy has good clinical curative effect and can significantly improve the patient＇s neurologic function and daily life ability, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
