外文摘要:Enterprises often leverage contract as a motivation mechanism in technical innovation, in which contract target deciding is a big problem. HU-theory successfully sets contract targets for the principals and agents in enterprises. For the sake of the characteristics of targets such as profit, in HU-theory, the part above the contract target that the agent achieves is not fully awarded to the agents. HU theory can be applied in deciding innovation contract target, where the whole amount above the contract target should be awarded to the agents. This model of innovation motivation can also be applied in state-owned enterprises, but in China maybe it is more appropriate for the private enterprises.
