中文摘要:为研究喷气涡流纺成纱工艺参数对色纺竹浆纤维针织物性能的影响,基于Box-Behnken设计方法,借助Minitab16软件,分析探讨了喷气涡流纺成纱工艺(喷嘴气压、纱线线密度、纺纱速度)对色纺竹浆纤维针织物的断裂强力、透气性、悬垂性及耐磨性的影响。结果表明:纱线线密度减小,织物断裂强力下降,透气性和悬垂性先显著增加,而后略有下降;纺纱速度提高,织物断裂强力缓慢下降,透气性降低,悬垂性增加;喷嘴气压对针织物断裂强力、透气性、耐磨性均无显著影响,但当喷嘴气压增加时,织物悬垂性能先增加后降低;织物耐磨性主要受纺纱速度和纱线线密度的影响,且影响原因较为复杂。

外文摘要:For studying the influence of yarn formation process on properties of knitted fabrics made of air jet vortex-spun bamboo pulp colored yarns, based on the Box-Bebnken design method and by means of the Minitabl6 software, and the influence of formation process (nozzle pressure, yarn linear density, and yarn delivery speed) of air jet vortex spinning on breaking strength, breathability, draping property and abrasive resistance of knitted fabrics made of air jet vortex-spun bamboo pulp colored yarns were analyzed and discussed. The results showed that decreasing yarn linear density makes knitted fabric's breaking strength decrease, and makes breathability and draping property increase first and then decrease slightly. With yarn delivery speed increasing, the breaking strength and breathability of knitted fabric are decreasing, but draping property is increasing. Nozzle pressure has no significant influence on knitted fabric's breaking strength, breathability and abrasive resistance. However, the draping property of knitted fabric increases first and then decreases when nozzle pressure is increased. Knitted fabric's abrasive resistance is mainly influenced by yarn delivery speed and yarn linear density, but its influence mechanism is rather complicated.
