外文摘要：The Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensi belongs to the family Decapoda, Varunidae, Eriocheir. In this study, the full length of mitochondrial genome of an ovulated Chinese mitten crab was first sequenced and analyzed. It was determined to be 16,353 bp in length, and consists of 13 protein coding genes (PCDs), 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes and 1 control region.
