中文摘要：目的探讨分析护理硕士专业学位研究生在读期间压力的内心深处真实想法、应对方式及建议,为护理教育者和管理者提供参考和建议。方法根据现象学的研究步骤和理念,通过半结构式方法对12名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行深入访谈,采用Colaizzi七步法对收集的资料进行归纳总结分析。结果分析出5个压力主题:时间分配压力、职业发展压力、培养模式压力、临床能力压力、经济压力;4个应对主题:寻求支持、娱乐放松调整、积极面对、消极面对;3个建议主题:完善培养模式、制订系统带教方案、提高生活补助。结论护理硕士专业学位研究生就读期间压力与应对方法、培养模式、带教方式、经济等因素有关,护理教育者应重视护理硕士专业学位研究生就读压力,做好相关压力的应对引导,同时立足于护理硕士专业学位特色,完善培养模式和带教方法,提高生活补助,推进我国临床高级护理专业型人才培养。

外文摘要：Objective To explore and analyze the real thoughts,coping methods and suggestions of the stress of master of nursing specialist students during study,so as to provide references and suggestions for nursing educators and managers.Methods According to the stages of research and concepts of phenomenology,12 master of nursing specialist students were interviewed via semi-structural method,and the collected data were summarized and analyzed by Colaizzi 7 steps.Results Five stress themes were analyzed,including time distribution pressure,career development pressure,training mode pressure,clinical ability pressure and economic pressure.Four coping themes as well,including seeking support,entertainment relaxation adjustment,positive face after psychological adjustment and negative face.Moreover,three suggested themes,including improve the training model,formulate a systematic teaching program,and improve living allowance.Conclusion The ongoing pressure of master of nursing specialist student is related to coping style,training mode,teaching method and economy.In addition,nursing educators should pay attention to the astronomical pressure of master of nursing specialist students,conduct a good job of relevant stress response,and establish a foothold upon the features of nursing at the same time,perfect both training mode and teaching method as well,improve living allowances,and promote the training of clinical senior nursing professionals in China.
