中文摘要:基于农业产业化和农产品深加工的发展,分析了农产品的几何形态和物理特性,研究了相应的切加工工艺特性和切加工工艺适用性。结合农产品消费习惯和变化趋势、农产品消费规模及其变化趋势等因素,提出各种切加工工艺方法,为农产品深加工切制工艺装备的开发提供技术依据;分析相应的切制工艺特点,给出不同物理性状农产品进行切制加工时最合适的工艺方法,为农产品深加工选择切制工艺方案提供技术支持。

外文摘要:This paper analyzes the geometric shapes and physical properties of the agricultura products, studies the corresponding cut processing technology characteristics and its suitability on the basis of agricultural industrialization and industry development trend in the deep processing of agricultural products. In addition, combining such factors as the economic development trend, consumption habits and scales, its changing tendency and so on, the paper offers several cut processing methods for improvement, and explains its working principle, on which the equipment development is based. Furthermore, it analyzes the corresponding cutting & machining technology characteristic, and offers the optimum technology method during cutting & machining of the agricultural products with different physical properties, which provides the technological foundation for selecting the craft scheme for the deep machining. Because Chinese agriculture in the deep machining field exists much deficiency, including low scale agriculture-product machining industry, and lack of advanced craft and assembling technological level, it is very urgent to do the craft technological research and develop the corresponding equipment and technology.
