中文摘要:随着社会环境的变化,以及女性本身所具有的在管理上的优势,越来越多的女性开始走出家庭,走入社会;中国家族企业中女性家族成员也因此开始逐渐增多。她们积极地参与家族企业的经营管理,在家族企业中拥有了一定的地位。但与此同时,由于女性的性别特征及其所承担的多重角色,使得女性家族成员在进入家族企业后面临着一系列冲突与困境。人们开始把更多的目光放在了女性家族成员如何处理家庭、亲情与事业的关系问题上。在这里,我们总结了当前女性家族成员进入家族企业后所面临的五大困境,并主要从社会学、心理学、生理学等角度出发,对困境形成的内在机理进行了深入系统的剖析;最后,我们基于“平衡矩阵”的原理为处于困境中的女性家族成员提出了四点建设性对策。

外文摘要:Along with the social environment change,as well as females itself having the management superiority,more and more females start to go out the family,and walk into the society.Therefore,female members start gradually to increase in Chinese family enterprise.They positively have taken part in the business,and had the certain status in the family enterprise.But at the same time,because their feminine sex characteristic and multiple roles,the feminine clan persons have faced a series of predicament and conflicts after entering the family enterprise.The researchers start to put more attention on how the feminine members did deal with the relation of the family,sentiment and enterprise.In this article,after summarizing five predicaments which feminine family member currently faced after entering the family enterprise,we analyze the intrinsic mechanism which leads to predicaments based on sociology,psychology,and physiology.Finally,with the principle of 'balance matrix',we propose four constructive countermeasures for female family members.
