中文摘要：采用新型T—XD系列分散染料在碱性浴中对涤纶织物进行染色，测试K／S值、得色量、最大吸收波长、移染性、匀染性、对温度、浴比的依存性和染色牢度等染色性能指标。结果表明，T-XD系列分散染料具有优异的耐碱性、耐盐性、移染性、匀染性、耐洗色牢度和摩擦色牢度，以及较小的对温度和浴比依存性。通过测试染料在不同染色温度和时间下的K／S值，优化了该染料的涤纶染色工艺，即室温加料，以3—4℃／min的速率升温至80℃，然后以1～2℃／rain的速率升温至130℃，并保温染色20～40min。染色织物耐水洗和耐摩擦色库度均达到4～5级。

外文摘要：Polyester fabric is dyed with novel T-XD disperse dyes in alkali bath, and the K/S value, color yield, the maximal absorption wavelength, dye mobility, level-dyeing property, dependence of dyeability on temperature and liquor ratio, color fastness are tested. The results show that T-XD disperse dyes have excellent properties in the following aspects： alkali and salt re- sistance, dye mobility, level-dyeing property, color fastness to washing and crocking, and smaller temperature and liquor ratio dependence. The optimum dyeing process of T-XD disperse dyes in alkali bath is： feeding at room temperature , heating to 80 ℃ at 3 -4 ℃/min, then heating to 130℃ at 1-2℃/min, and then holding for 20 -40 min at 130℃. The color fastness to washing and crocking of dyed fabric are up to 4 -5 grade.
