中文摘要:信息技术本质上是一种媒介技术,它主要通过革新教育传播的生态系统而作用于教育公平,具体表现为三种方式:突破教育公平的时空障碍;提升信息资源的共享水平;创新教育资源的生产与传播。信息技术对教育公平的促进作用是辅助性的,而不是决定性的;是有条件的,而不是无条件的。技术至上主义颠倒主次,把辅助性的作用夸大为决定性的力量;忽视前提,把有条件的作用误作无条件的功能,最终会危及教育信息化的健康发展。
外文摘要:Information technology is essentially a kind of media technology,which mainly acts on educational equity by innovating the ecosystem of educational communication.The effects of information technology on educational equity are manifested in the ensuing three ways:breaking through the time-space barriers hinde-ring educational equity,improving the sharing level of information resources and innovating the production and dissemination of educational resources.Information technology has an auxiliary rather than a decisive promoting effect on educational equity;its effect is conditional rather than unconditional.By reversing the priorities by exaggerating the role of subsidiarity as a decisive force and ignoring the premises by mistaking conditional functions for unconditional functions,technologism will eventually endanger the healthy development of educational informationization.
