中文摘要：大学转型与教师转型是相互依存的,在这种依存关系中,教师转型是第一位。从学理角度来分析,只有教师的转型,才能带来大学的转型;实现大学的转型,首先要有教师的转型。从历史角度来考察,大学从最初的教学型到研究型,再到后来出现的创业型,均是以教师进行相应的转型作为前提与基础的。从现实角度来验证,教师单一的专业成长模式导致大学的同质化倾向,教师的整体素质决定大学的发展状态,都体现了大学转型对教师转型的高度依存性。

外文摘要：University transformation and teacher transformation are interdependent, but the teacher transformation is the first. From the theoretical point of view, only the teacher transformation can complete university transformation. To achieve the university transformation, we must get the teacher transformation at first. From the historical point of view, universities from initial teaching to research and then to the entrepreneurship, are based on the corresponding teacher transformation firstly. From the practical point of view, the single growth model of teachers leads to the homogeneous tendency of universities, and the overall quality of teachers determines the development status of universities, reflect the high dependence of university transformation to teacher transformation.
