外文摘要:The novel poly butanesulfonic acid pyrrole coated magnetic iron oxide has been synthesized by the polymerization of functional pyrrole monomer over the magnetic core using chemical oxidation method. The novel solid acid owned the core-shell structures and high hydrophobic BET surface, which made the acidic sites on the poly pyrrole shell easily accessible by the reactants. These resulted in much higher activities of the novel solid acid than other acid catalysts for biodiesel synthesis from waste frying cooking oils under mild condition. Moreover, the simple magnetic separation process and high reusability made the novel solid acid one of the best choice for the reactions. (c) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
