中文摘要：目的比较改良FARES法与Hippocrates法治疗肩关节前脱位的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月肩关节前脱位患者80例,随机分为观察组(采用改良FARES法)与试验组(采用Hippocrates法)。观察比较两组患者复位前基本资料、复位操作时间、复位时视觉模拟评分(VAS)、一次性复位成功率、末次随访时肩关节UCLA评分与总有效率。结果两组患者复位前基本资料比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);与试验组相比,观察组复位操作时间明显减少(t=6.67,P<0.01),复位时VAS分值较低(t=12.76,P<0.01)、一次复位成功率更高(χ^2=7.718,P<0.01);观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两种手法均能有效复位肩关节,相比于Hippocrates法,改良FARES法复位操作时间短,一次复位成功率高,大大减轻患者疼痛度,总有效性高,是一种安全性高、值得推荐的复位方法。

外文摘要：Objective In order to observe the clinical effect between reformed FARES and Hippocrates in the handle of anterior shoulder dislocation.Methods Select eighty patients with anterior shoulder dislocation cured in our Emergency department during the period of January 2014 to December 2018.There were divided into two groups according to a randomized single-blind controlled trial.Observed team were treated with reformed FARES.Trial group were in the treatment of Hippocrates.Observation index include Basic data before operation.Reduction operation time.VAS.Success rate of one reduction.UCLA evaluation the last further consultation and Clinical effectiveness.Results The different groups of basic data before operation were no significance meaning(P>0.05),Compared with trial group,Observed team costs shorter time than that of control group in operation(t=6.67,P<0.01),The success rate of one-time(χ^2=7.718,P<0.01)and VAS score(t=12.76,P<0.01)was significantly lower than that of Control group.The clinical effective rate in observed team was significantly higher than that in trial group(P<0.05).Conclusion The means of Reformed FARES and Hippocrates can both treat anterior dislocation of shoulder.By comparison,The way of Reformed FARES makes more great superiority,for example:it had less pain,the operate time Was also short,high safety.and it is worthy of recommendation.
