中文摘要：围绕生活垃圾分类,在焦点规范理论的基础上,本文试图构建一个基于社会规范的理论模型。该模型认为,命令性规范的个人习得可以通过环境教育实现内化,也可以通过强制措施倒逼行为改变态度;在描述性规范和命令规范相冲突的情境下,个体更容易受描述性规范的影响,没有命令性规范约束的描述性规范容易塑造“乌合之众”,描述性规范的人际扩散应该建立在命令性规范的基础上。该模型进一步指出,生活垃圾分类过程中,社会规范是在命令性规范引导下通过人际影响不断扩散的动态过程,它包括命令性规范的个人习得与描述性规范的人际扩散两个阶段。研究结果对于重视社会规范在生活垃圾分类中的作用具有一定的启发意义。

外文摘要：Focusing on the classification of domestic waste,based on the focus specification theory,this paper attempts to build a theoretical model based on social norms.The model holds that the individual acquisition of imperative norms can be internalized through environmental education,and can also force behavior to change attitude through coercive measures.In the situation of conflict between descriptive norms and imperative norms,individuals are more likely to be affected by descriptive norms.Descriptive norms without imperative norms are easy to shape "mobs".The interpersonal diffusion of descriptive norms should be based on imperative norms.The model further points out that in the process of domestic waste classification,social norms are a dynamic process of continuous diffusion through interpersonal influence under the guidance of imperative norms.It includes two stages of personal acquisition of imperative norms and interpersonal diffusion of descriptive norms.The research results have certain enlightening significance for paying attention to the role of social norms in domestic waste classification.
