外文摘要:The work of libraries requires librarians to possess readers' identity so as to have service awareness and improve their service quality. It also requires librarians to be talents in order to answer readers' enquiries satisfactorily. Librarians should make libraries become genuine learning places and constantly perfect learning environments. All these will provide modem libraries with humanized service.
