中文摘要:聚酯纤维具有良好的机械性能和化学稳定性,但由于缺少极性基团,其亲水性较差,在某些领域的应用受到限制。通过介绍聚酯纤维亲水改性的原理,综述聚酯纤维加工工艺中聚合物合成阶段、纺丝阶段、染色整理阶段和后整理阶段所采用的多种亲水改性方法,分析归纳各种改性方法的优缺点,为后续聚酯纤维亲水改性方法的选择提供参考,并为其在纺织和环保领域的应用提供新的可能性。分析表明,未来应该在优化现有聚酯纤维改性方法的基础上,积极探索并发展更环保的亲水改性新方法,提高改性纤维的稳定性并实现多功能化,从而更好地满足不断发展的应用需求。
外文摘要:Polyester fiber has good mechanical properties and chemical stability,but its hydrophilicity is poor due to the lack of polar groups,which limits its application in some fields.This paper introduced the principle of hydrophilic modifi-cation of polyester fiber,reviewed a variety of hydrophilic modification methods used in polymer synthesis stage,spinning stage,dyeing stage and finishing stage of polyester fiber processing.The advantages and disadvantages of each modification method were analyzed and summarized,which provided a reference for the selection of hydrophilic modification methods of polyester fiber and provided a new possibility for its application in textile and environmental protection field.The research shows that the future study should focus on the optimization of existing modification methods,and actively exploring and developing more environmentally and friendly modification methods to improve the stability of modified fibers and achieve multi-functional modification to meet the evolving application needs.
