中文摘要:为了快速定性、定量分析出不同纺织品的类别,结合目测、手感、燃烧、红外光谱、偏振光显微镜等多种测试手段来表征和定性、定量分析市面上比较常用的涤/棉、涤/毛、涤/黏、涤/麻、涤/丝混纺产品。结果表明:手感目测法和燃烧法虽然可以较便捷地定性分析纤维,但误差较大;显微镜观察法可以较正确地定性判断纤维的种类;红外光谱法能快速定量分析出纤维的成分及含量,但必须有相关的数据库比对。
外文摘要:In order to quickly qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the different types of textiles,combined with visual inspection,touch feeling,combustion,infrared spectroscopy,polarized light microscope and other test methods,the more commonly used polyester/cotton,polyester/hair,polyester/viscosity,polyester/hemp,polyester/silk blended textiles were characterized and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The results show that although hand-sensing method and combustion method can easily analyze fibers qualitatively,the error is large.The microscope observation method can correctly determine the types of fibers qualitatively.The infrared spectroscopy can quickly and quantitatively analyze the composition and content of fibers,but there must be relevant database of comparison.
