外文摘要：Global E-commence transaction is becoming more and more popular, it has attract close attention from the local government to accelerate the development of rural E-commence. The practice and innovation of rural E-business in Shangyu has been carried out. The development situation and existing problems of rural E-business in Shangyu were analyzed, and the countermeasures and recommendations were proposed for promoting the development of rural Shangyu E-business.
