外文摘要:Basis on the questionnaire survey of corporates from Shaoxing city, Zhe Jiang Province in China, this paper adopts Quinn's (1988) model of organizational culture to measure characteristics of the organizational culture of corporate from Shaoxing. In the principal components of organizational culture of corporate from Shaoxing, it is found that innovation-oriented is the most obvious, the rest are followed by goal-oriented, support-oriented and rule-oriented. Such an organization culture pattern push forward the firm from to energetically promote brand-building.
