中文摘要:目的:了解大型比赛对运动员生理生化指标变化的影响,分析比赛与人体内分泌之间的关系。方法:参加世界锦标赛的国家皮划艇队运动员12人,在赛前3周与赛后l周,测量形态指标及内分泌指标的变化。结果:世锦赛后。无论男划组还是女皮组,比赛前后肱三头肌与肩胛下皮褶厚度均无显著性差异(P>0.05):体重、腰围及臀围也无明显变化(P>0.05)。赛后睾酮、皮质醇及促甲状腺激素出现了明显的下降(P<0.05),而游离T4明显上升(P<0.05)。结论:赛前训练与比赛期间的高强度专项活动对身体的刺激,能影响内分泌的代谢。
外文摘要:Objective: To study the changes in physiological indices and hormonal markers of stress during world championships. Methods: Twelve members of canoe and kayak athletes who will attend the event were selected. Physiological indices and hormonal markers were measure two times at 3 weeks before event and week after event. Results: No significant differences were found in skin fold of upper arm and scapular (P〉0.05). Also no changes were found in body weight, perimeter of hip and waist (P〉0.05). Serum testosterone, contisol and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were decreased significantly after championships (P〈0.05). But elevation was found in serum free thyroxine (P〈0.05). Conclusions: The hard training and competition during big event could affect the endocrine system.
